Sugar Mill

The former Running Gut Sugar Estate near the Half Moon Resort Golf Course is the setting for the Sugar Mill, where Caribbean dishes with an Asian twist are prepared by one of the top Jamaican chefs. Dine alfresco on a terrace by a 17th-century water, enjoying dishes such as coconut and saffron–poached snapper fillet, pork tenderloin infused with island spices, and tea-smoked duck breast.
